Many tend to believe that the universe just formed itself. Nothing turned to everything, darkness turned to light, like turning on a lightbulb and all of a sudden being able to see everything clearly again. They couldn’t have been more wrong. So wrong in fact, that im writing this to let everyone know how it really started, how we came to be and how everything started existing. Sounds weird right? It is. Everything scientists say is false. Two flaming rocks hitting eachother? Pathetic. Some “Big Bang Theory”? Who even came up with that? I’ll tell you the truth.
But before I let you know, what do you think is the most powerful feeling? Something that turns people blue with sadness and yellow with excitement. That can make your heart malfunction for the opposite reasons. If you said “love”, you would be right. I know, it sounds cheesy. “So you’re telling me the world came to be because of love?”. Yes, that is exactly why, however it’s not as simple. You see, the universe we live on now, the “only” one we know about is actually a remade version. Our universe was once populated by gods, and gods only. Different specimens of different feelings, parts of the world, actions and thoughts. They roamed each planet and each star. They lived similar lives to ours, just with an added touch of overwhelming power.
For there to be society, there had to be a ruler. His power was like no other. Trained, but also gifted from birth, King Artaglimi was a wise and courageous lord, who kept peace and harmony over the universe, overseeing each and every god and goddess that roamed the planets. Since it’s beginning he never made mistakes, until his only one: his daughter. He loved, adored, coddled, and spoiled his one and only child, giving her everything and anything she could ever ask for, except for one thing: Love. King Artaglimi was aware that if his daughter, Princess Bistna, were to indulge in crushes, gods, and other unfathomable things, her heart would be crushed and never recover, so he forbade it altogether. At first she was content, not really minding her restrictions. Until she met him. Her father never knew his name, not that he cared, he took his daughter away forever. He was the God of Protection. She felt safe in his steady hands. “Nothing could ever happen if I have him by my side!”, she thought to herself. When she introduced him to the king, he was furious, red covering his vision as he saw the image of his daughter next to a man. She tried explaining, but he didn’t want to listen, sending her to be punished by locking her in her room, for only her memories and thoughts to keep her company.
Princess Bistna couldn’t accept it. She didn’t want to. All this time she spent running away from such bliss and comfort because of her father. He’s perfect, what more could he want?. She didn’t think twice before running away to be with her lover. However, there was one thing she hadn’t thoroughly calculated. You see, God’s powers can be very tricky and easily misinterpreted. She never fully knew if his protection was for him, or everyone else. That day she had found out, or better yet, she wished she hadn’t. Arriving to his home, she knocked on his door, only to see it already open. Walking in, she finds her love dead on the floor. She couldn’t believe her eyes. “Why would this happen to me? Who would do this? Why couldn’t he protect himself?”. Countless questions invaded her mind, not one having a plausible explanation. She figured the only one who could conquer all and dismiss the Gods’ powers was none other than her dad. Disappointed and in excruciating pain, she decided to teach her father the same feeling she just experienced, and ended her life right then and there, next to her once in a lifetime love.
Blinded by his broken heart and miserableness from indirectly causing his daughters death, King Artaglimi decides to forfeit all rules he himself had made, and changes the course of the universe.
Wiping out each and every living thing, creating everything from scratch, and changing one single thing, the nonexistence of Gods.
Every creature alive is now mortal, powerless and simple, devoid of the powers Gods once had, erasing their life purpose altogether. After this King Artaglimi never recovered, seeking refuge somewhere where even the highest spiritually could never reach, every day mourning and wishing he hadn’t done what he did with his daughter. Nowadays, many have forgotten of this old myth, choosing to believe in scientific stories and records, however I know that it is true, and I decided to tell this story to you, so that you may start believing it too.
